INFINITI of Hoffman is nothing short of amazing and I just had my third new INFINITI from there. It's a nice place to buy a luxury car. People care and this dealership is well managed. Nice personal communications and well directed purchasing process. On what to improve side... I love INFINITI, in my opinion these are by wide margin the best made cars, so I would like to see some INFINITI branded small gifts for sale there, it looks cool and adds to experience. Even if no one buys them it elevates the experience.

Overall experience was Great. We are new to INFINITI. Bryce Mulso helped us with Q50 purchase from start to end. He is very patient in answering all our questions. He also think from customer standpoint which eased out our buying experience. Exceptional service. Would defiantly recommend.

The manager was reasonable and not pushy. The process for buying a car is mostly daunting and exhausting for me.
