Does luxury brand Infiniti have anything in common with the practice of martial arts? It certainly does if you're viewing the brand's new online video clip named "Drive of the Dragon," which features =Red Bull Racing driving Sebastian Vettel and Hong Kong actress Celina Jade using their martial arts "skills" in China. The video is highly stylized (and a bit silly!) and shows the pair combating several Kung-Fu bad guys along with their bright gold Infiniti FX50S.
Luxury automaker Infiniti is taking the opportunity to succeed in the ever-growing Chinese auto market by setting up a manufacturing plant in the country for the first time starting in 2014. Two Mnew Infiniti models will be produced in Chinese factories managed by Nissan and its Chinese partner. This will represent the brand's first production outside of its home country of Japan. As Executive Vice President of the Global Infiniti and Luxury Business Unit, Andy Palmer, explains, "For the brand to reach its aggressive sales target of 500,000 units by 2016, local production in the world's…

Infiniti waited quite some time before jumping into the all-electric or even hybrid-powered auto game, but we weren't worried. We knew the luxury brand was waiting until it created the perfect hybrid and EV models to enter this new segment of the market. Now, the company has gotten serious about battery-operated vehicles and will even be showing Japan's first luxury hybrid/EV at the upcoming New York Auto Show. This car will be named the Infiniti LE, and it's expected to be very similar to the production version of the model (unlike previous Infiniti dabblings.)
Have you heard of Cirque du Soleil? French for "Circus of the Sun," it's one of the most magical, breathtaking traveling shows on the planet, and now Infiniti is taking part in the fun. The "Le Voyage Inspire" act by the seven-passenger 2013 Infiniti JX35 was streamed live earlier today (12p.m., to be precise), but it's still available online at (Facebook.com/Infiniti) and (Facebook.com/CirqueduSoleil). The act features a JX feat that's done at gravity-defying heights. And, we must say, it's quite amazing!
One of the most important aspects about a convertible is its ability to also function well as a coupe. The Infiniti G37 does this seamlessly, with its easily-operated rigid removable roof. This two-door coupe convertible is also extremely versatile because of its full-size backseat, which comfortably seats two average-sized adults.
The new Infiniti Emerg-E concept won't be officially revealed until this year's Geneva Motor Show, but you can currently see several photos of the all-electrics sports car splattered across the internet. These images were leaked in time to make everyone anxiously anticipate the concept's official debut. Whether they were leaked on purpose or by accident, we can't help but get excited about what we see!
